Congratulations to Bethany Church on Your 40th Anniversary!

Praise the Lord for His faithfulness and grace upon Bethany Church in Wayne, NJ, throughout all these years! I also want to express my deep gratitude to Bethany Church for supporting Hana Mission for the past 23 years. Your prayers and partnership have been a great blessing to our ministry in serving our needy neighbors in Paterson, NJ.

I was honored to be one of the 33 missionaries invited to the celebration event, and it truly exceeded my expectations. Over the years, I have attended many church and mission gatherings, but honestly, many of them left me disappointed due to their focus or agenda. However, Bethany’s preparation, service, and genuine heart for missions deeply moved me. I was especially inspired by the missionaries who shared their testimonies and by the powerful prayers offered by the church.

Bethany has faithfully supported many missionaries for 20—and some even over 30—years. Through your steadfast prayers, countless people around the world have been fed, clothed, and served in the name of Jesus Christ. Truly, God has been blessing Bethany Church, and through you, extending His grace to many others.

A special word of thanks to Elder David Kwon, Elder Daniel Choe, Dr. Joseph Chong, and Elder Edwin Kang for your kindness and encouragement.

More Good News!

New Mission Hub at Hana Mission. I announced to the missionaries that Hana Mission will now serve as a distribution hub to send clothing, shoes, and other essentials to mission fields. If you or your church plan to visit a mission site, please let me know—we will prepare supplies to support your trip. Due to high shipping costs, we are also seeking partners to help carry these goods directly to missionaries. With the work of the Holy Spirit, we pray that the most essential items will reach those in need wherever the love of God is shared.
Progress on the School Project. All paperwork for our school project has been delivered to the attorney’s office in Paterson. The documents are scheduled to be submitted before the end of October. Please continue to pray for this important step forward.
28th Anniversary Worship at Hana Mission. We will gather for our 28th anniversary worship service on Saturday, November 1st at 2:00 PM. Before launching another year of ministry, we will come together to praise the Lord and prepare our hearts for the new plans He has for us. Please join us for this time of worship and prayer.

Prayer Request

Please pray for my friend Mr. and Mrs. Yang’s son, who is suffering from moyamoya disease. He has undergone multiple brain surgeries and remains in the ICU. May the Lord’s healing hand be upon this young man, bringing swift recovery and peace to his family’s hearts.

Thank You, Lord, for Your unending grace. May Your blessings continue to rest upon Bethany Church and Hana Mission, as together we serve Your kingdom.

베다니교회 40주년을 진심으로 축하드립니다!

주님의 변함없는 신실하심과 은혜로 웨인에 있는 베다니교회가 지금까지 든든히 세워져 온 것을 함께 찬양합니다. 그리고 지난 23년 동안 하나선교회를 위해 기도해 주시고 사랑으로 함께해 주신 베다니교회에 진심으로 감사드립니다. 여러분의 기도와 동역은 파터슨 지역의 어려운 이웃들을 섬기는 우리 사역에 큰 힘이 되어왔습니다.

이번 40주년 기념행사에 33명의 선교사 중 한 사람으로 초대받게 되어 매우 감사했습니다. 여러 교회와 선교행사에 다녀본 경험이 있지만, 솔직히 내용이나 목적에서 아쉬움을 느꼈던 적이 많았습니다. 그러나 이번 베다니교회의 준비와 섬김은 제 기대를 훨씬 뛰어넘는 감동이었습니다. 무엇보다 선교사들의 간증과 베다니교회의 진심 어린 기도에 큰 도전을 받았습니다.

베다니교회는 지난 20년, 어떤 분들은 30년 이상 꾸준히 선교사님들을 후원해 오셨습니다. 여러분의 변함없는 기도를 통해 수많은 사람들이 예수 그리스도의 이름으로 먹고 입으며 섬김을 받았습니다. 참으로 하나님께서 베다니교회를 축복하시고, 그 축복을 통해 세상이 복음을 보게 하셨습니다.

특별히 권오수 장로님, 최동원 장로님, 닥터 조셉정, 강태원 장로님께 깊은 감사를 드립니다.

하나선교회의 새로운 소식

하나선교회, 선교 물품 허브로서의 사역 이번에 모인 선교사님들 앞에서 하나선교회가 앞으로 의류, 신발 등 필요한 물품을 선교지로 보내는 배분 허브(Distribution Center) 역할을 하게 될 것임을 발표했습니다. 만약 선교지를 방문하실 계획이 있다면 꼭 연락해 주십시오. 가능한 모든 자원을 준비하여 도울 수 있도록 하겠습니다. 또한, 높은 배송비 문제로 인해 직접 선교지로 물품을 운반해 주실 협력자를 찾고 있습니다. 성령께서 인도하시는 대로, 가장 필요한 곳에 하나님의 사랑을 전할 수 있기를 소망합니다.
학교 설립 관련 진행 상황학교 설립을 위한 모든 서류가 변호사 사무실에 전달되었으며, 10월 말까지 Zoning 오피스에 제출될 예정입니다. 이 과정이 순조롭게 진행되도록 기도해 주시기 바랍니다.
하나선교회 28주년 감사예배가 오는 11월 1일(토) 오후 2시, 하나선교회 28주년 감사예배를 드립니다. 새로운 한 해의 사역을 시작하기 전에 주님께 찬양과 감사를 올려드리며, 새 비전을 위해 마음을 모으는 시간이 되기를 원합니다. 여러분의 참여와 기도를 부탁드립니다.
