Giving ministry
Greetings in the Lord!
Just a few days ago Paterson City had a horrific accident and a man in his 30s was killed and six others injured.
Multiple police cars were chasing a stolen vehicle and during this chase the driver of the stolen vehicle lost control and ended up crashing and stopping on top of an Asian person.
I met him a few times when I picked up my lunch from his Chinese restaurant that is across the street from our store. He left a wife and a three-year old child and the course of their immigrant story was stopped abruptly.
The world is full of stories like this. We hear the news of gun violence almost everyday. It used to be every once in awhile but now it's almost everyday.
Please watch this video until the end and pray for the victims and their loved ones.
Because President Biden finished his speech with a hymn based on Psalm 91, his speech was even more powerful and effective. Also, I was very grateful to hear President Biden say "God bless you all."
For Christians, I believe it is not an option to bless those who are weak and pray for them. It is our duty and obligation. We have so much to do in the sharing of God's love.
Hana Mission is here to ACT: giving food to the hungry, giving education to Inner-city children, giving hope to alcohol/drug abusers, and so on.
Even for a young mother who just lost her husband, Hana Mission shared her sorrow and supported her financially.

불안한 세상입니다. 하루가 멀다 하고 들려오는 총기사고와 불안한 경제 뉴스.
얼마전 패터슨 다운타운에서 경찰을 피해 도주하던 차량이 행인을 치어 사망하는 사고가 발생하였습니다.
사고 장소는 선교회 매장 바로 옆 블록이고 사망한 남성은 선교회 길 건너편에 있는 중국집 청년 입니다.
나이 30 중반에 아내와 함께 2년전에 이곳에서 장사를 시작하였는데 눈 깜짝할 사이에 청년은 시신이 되었고
아내는 3살난 아기와 함께 미망인이 되었습니다.
세상은 지금 절망과 슬픔으로 가득차고 있지만 그리스도 예수안에서 우리는 무한한 아버지 하나님의 사랑을 느끼며 감사하고 있습니다. 이 감사한 마음을 세상과 함께 나누는 것이 하나선교회의 사명이고 여러분과 제가 지어야 할 책임입니다. 사망한 청년의 유족을 위해 기도하며 선교회에서 적지만 위로금을 전달하였습니다.
선교회에 허락하시는 물질과 자원을 통하여 어둠에 있는 사람, 슬픔과 고통에 빠진 사람들에게 하나님의 사랑을 전하며 그리스도의 부활을 소개하여 희망을 가질 수 있도록 앞으로 더욱 노력 할 것입니다.
이를 위해 함께 기도하시고 후원하시는 여러분께 이 글을 통하여 감사드리며 여러분의 가정과 사업 처 위에 하나님의 긍휼하심과 은총이 풍성하시기를 기도 드립니다.
